Me: Como fue su fin de semana?
Him: Ohh muy bien. Yo tome un poquito de cerveza
Me: Cerveza?
Him: Oh si, un poquito
Me: Cerveza es muy mal por su salud
Him: Yo se
Me: Yo no tomo cerveza
Him: No?
Me: Si, por que yo soy una Mormon
Him: Tu estas loca! Mormones son locos!
Me: Que iglesia vas?
Him: Catolico! Por su puesto!
Me: Si? Catolico?
Him: Si...NO cambio, yo me muero Catolico!
Oh traditions. Will he ever learn being Mormon is the bomb.com? I pray he will.

Asian Persuasion!
Anyone who remotely knows me, knows I LOVE to sing karaoke. And ESPECIALLY w/ my Asians + Davia roommates from HP 20 (Lizzie Lee not pictured.) I didn't even know Korea-town exists in LA but oh it does. Nothing is more gratifying than belting out Whitney Houston's "The Greatest Love of All" or rapping "Jump" by KrisKross w/ a Korean soap opera playing on the t.v. screen. Nothing. I forget the name of this place, but it's on 8th St. and Western off the 10. Highly recommend it. Guarantee I will be back. Kimchee breath and all.

The Walk
So my dad and I had a Yes on 8 "protest-acular" walk tonight. He was my secret service protector in case a rock was thrown or bullet shot. We walked from Capo Beach to Doheny and our "poll" indicated a 70% yes, 30% no from passerbys. One of the nay-sayers was a King Noah look a like, you know, the one from the Church art. Looked just like him. He looked right at me, said "That i-ths ridiculou-ths," stuck his nose high in the air as he turned his head back and waddled away on his bike. Pretty humorous. I had a good chuckle about it w/ secret agent dad. Thinking about organizing a "Race for 8" on Saturday. Any takers?10.23.2008
